CALGARY, Aug. 11, 2011 /CNW/ - Calgarians are invited to help kick-off GlobalFest 2011 at a complementary tasting hosted by TD Canada Trust in Forest Lawn - home of International Avenue.  The sneak-peek taste of GlobalFest will feature various vendors representing some of the cultural cuisine options of the Festival. The first 50 people to arrive will receive General Admission Tickets, courtesy of TD, to an evening at the GlobalFest OneWorld and Trico Homes International Fireworks Festivals being held at Elliston Park August 19 - 27.

In addition, guests will be treated to a sneak-peek look at the GlobalFest caravan and the TD Mascot. Tickets to the festival will be available for sale on-site at a reduced rate.
