Today, TD Canada Trust announced the grand opening of its first "new concept" branch at 135 Father Tobin Road in Brampton. This branch has taken the best of what TD does today, both here and south of the border and combined it with a fresh, innovative new layout, the latest in digital technology, and a unique range of amenities to enhance the banking experience for customers.
"The design of this branch gives us the opportunity to serve customers in a completely new way. From the minute a customer walks in we offer a warm, open, welcoming and professional atmosphere that makes it clear that this branch is all about them," says Nupi Dhillon, Branch Manager. "If they are early for an appointment they can relax with a coffee in our lounge area. If they have the kids with them we have a fun children's area and a computer loaded with games. If you are coming to the bank, why not bring your change jar? Our coin counter is free and fun. While you're at it you can bring old documents and shred them in our secure shredder. And when you sit down with one of our financial advisors, we can instantly video conference in an expert from any part of the bank to ensure you are getting the best advice possible."
Features include:
<< - A Community Room designed to fit larger groups of customers such as families, businesses and even not-for-profit groups. - A Community Wall shares a pictorial story about the local area. - A Kid's Area equipped with books, toys and a computer that provides access to safe and fun children's websites. - Digital Displays mounted throughout the branch provide customers with information and messages about TD - who we are, what we offer, and what we really care about. - Web Kiosks allow customers to surf the web and check their accounts on EasyWeb. - An online brochure library offers a place for customers to print, view or email the brochures/pamphlets they want. - Video conferencing allows us to instantly conference in an expert while we are with a customer. >>
