the election of Nadir Mohamed to its Board of Directors.

    Mr. Mohamed is the President and Chief Operating Officer, Communications

media company. Mr. Mohamed holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the
University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant. He also serves
on the Board of Rogers Communications Inc. and is on the Board of Governors
for Ryerson University.
