Media Advisory - TD Bank Financial Group to Discuss Completion of Commerce Bancorp Acquisition

will host an investor conference call and audio webcast which will include a
discussion of the completion of the Commerce Bancorp acquisition on March 31,
2008 and the expected earnings of TDBFG's US Personal and Commercial Banking
segment through fiscal 2009.
