Medicine Hat welcomes a third TD Canada Trust branch to the neighbourhood
- The latest in a growing 1,100+ network of TD Canada Trust branches nationwide, this new location makes banking even more convenient for Medicine Hat residents. - Grand opening festivities include a $5,000 donation from TD Friends of the Environment Foundation to the City of Medicine Hat's Solar Concentrator project, the kick off for a draw for two bicycles, door prizes, refreshments and children's activities. MEDICINE HAT, AB, Nov. 28 /CNW/ - TD Canada Trust today announced the grand opening of its third location in Medicine Hat as part of its 1,100+ branch network in diverse communities across Canada. Located at 1951 Strachan Road S.E., the grand opening festivities included a $5,000 donation to the City of Medicine Hat's Solar Concentrator project courtesy of TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, the kick off for a draw for two bicycles, door prizes, children's activities and refreshments. "Medicine Hat has experienced a lot of change and growth over the last few years, but one thing I love about the city is that it still has that great sense of community you get in smaller towns," said Jami Rommelaere, Branch Manager. "With this new location we can continue to meet the needs of our growing community with our longer, convenient hours and award-winning customer service, furthering our commitment to making banking a comfortable experience." Situated in Southland's Crossing Shopping Centre, the new location offers a full array of personal and small business products and services as well as two Financial Advisors and two Financial Services Representatives. Today at 11:00 a.m., Ron McInnis, Senior Vice President, Prairie Region, TD Canada Trust, Doug Semler, District Vice President, Alberta South and Jami Rommelaere, Branch Manager were joined by Mayor Norm Boucher to celebrate the grand opening with an official ribbon cutting and cheque presentation. Guests also enjoyed refreshments, door prizes and children's activities. As part of TD Canada Trust's extended hours, branch hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. The new 6,100 square foot branch is wheelchair accessible and features one full-service Green Machine ABM and one Drive-Thru Green Machine ABM which are available 24 hours per day.
