TD Bank Group Announces New Appointment to Board of Directors
TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - TD Bank Group ("TD" or the "Bank") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Jo Haddad to its Board of Directors. Based in Toronto, Ms. Haddad most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer at The Hospital for Sick Children.

Ms. Haddad is a graduate of the University of Windsor and the University of Toronto, holds honorary degrees from Ryerson University, University of Ontario Institute of Technology and University of Windsor, and is currently a Director on the Boards of TELUS and Kids Health Links Foundation.
