TD donates $100,000 to the Canadian Red Cross for Alberta flood relief
TORONTO, June 21, 2013 /CNW/ - TD Bank Group has donated $100,000 to the Canadian Red Cross in support of the relief efforts for those impacted by the flooding in southern Alberta.
"Our thoughts are with the residents, customers and employees of southern Alberta being impacted by severe flooding. We hope this donation through the relief efforts of the Canadian Red Cross, will give residents the immediate support they need," said Monique Bateman, Senior Vice President, TD Canada Trust, Prairie Region. "We will continue to monitor the situation."
