TD ranks No. 1 in service among top five Canadian banks for third consecutive year
Customers say TD Canada Trust is tops in 7 of 11 categories, according to Synovate TORONTO, Aug. 28 /CNW/ - Global market research firm Synovate has announced the latest results from its annual Customer Service Index (CSI) survey for customer service excellence among the Top 5 banks in Canada - and the winner is TD Canada Trust. This year's survey was conducted among a sample of 17,500 Canadians from July to mid-August 2007 and ranked the top five banks in eleven categories. TD Canada Trust won the top award in seven of them, including: - Overall Quality of Customer Service - Would Recommend to Family and Friends - Branch Access and Convenience - Information Handling and Communications - Financial Products and Services - Automated Banking Machines in general - Online Banking in General "We are absolutely thrilled with this year's results.
