TD Asset Management Inc. Announces Intention to Terminate Operations of TD Private Bond Capital Yield Fund
TORONTO, July 23, 2014 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, today announced plans to terminate the operations of the TD Private Bond Capital Yield Fund (the "Fund") on or about October 3, 2014.

On or about October 3, 2014, TDAM will liquidate the holdings of the terminating Fund at fair market value, determine distributions and distribute the net assets to unitholders.
